Selected papers presented on SFM-08 will be published in the special issue of the international Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences, 2009 (vol. 2). All authors are welcome to submit draft papers to Editors during the Conference or after it. The deadline for draft paper submission to Editors is November 1, 2008. All submitted papers will be normally peer-reviewed. The rules of the manuscript preparation can be found on the World Scientific web site: http://www.worldscinet.com/jiohs/jiohs.shtml.
After preliminary selection authors will be asked to submit final versions of the manuscripts to the Journal. The deadline is 31 December, 2008.
